How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and you can even pay through your Amazon account. We do not accept personal checks (who still uses those?). All prices are shown and charged in U.S. dollars.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

You betcha! We utilize the same level of security—the industry-standard measures including 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and information protection standards—that your other trusted online retailers use.

How much will my shipping charges be?

Your order will be shipped via the U.S. Post Office, Federal Express or UPS, you know, the usuals.

For international destinations, please note that you will be responsible for any duty and tax costs incurred. International destination shipping charges are subject to change depending on the actual destination. International customers will be notified via e-mail of the final shipping and handling charges, should they surpass the standard rate.

Can I get next-day delivery?

Next-day delivery is available if the item is in stock, however you must place the order before 11 a.m. Eastern time. Orders received after that may not go out until the next business day.

When will my order be shipped?

If the item you order is in stock, we will ship it within 48 hours. If it is not in stock, we will contact you with information about when to expect your order.

How do I track my order?

Go to the homepage, click on Track My Order and follow the instructions, or e-mail us at info@bolaformyglasses.com and we will track the order for you.

What is your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, we will provide a full refund, exchange or credit. For up to six months from the date you purchase it, your bola should be defect-free. If you experience a manufacturer defect, e-mail a photo and your telephone number to returns@bolaformyglasses.com and tell us whether you want your money back or you want a replacement bola and we’ll handle the rest.

If you’re unsatisfied with it for any other reason, e-mail us at returns@bolaformyglasses.com within 14 days of purchase and we will provide instructions for returning the undamaged product and receiving your refund.
